Tuna Hummus stuffed peppers

Ingredients
1 can light tuna, drained (50 calories a serving)1/2 c Hummus1 boiled egg, whites only4 slices dill pickles1/4 c chopped red onionsGarlic salt to taste1 bell pepper2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated - divided2 slices bacon
Directions
Preheat over to 375.

Mix first 6 ingredients. Split and seed bell pepper. Divide the tuna mix between the pepper halves. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 30 minutes, or until cheese is toasted and tuna mix is hot through. While baking, fry bacon. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top of each pepper 5 minutes before done cooking.
