Ingredients
one cup quick cook gritsonce cup sharp shredded cheddarhalf cup monterrey jack shreddedhalf cup milktwo large eggs 3 tablespoons butterbacongreen onions
Directions
Cook grits with butter and water. Add cheeses and then eggs and milk. We added crispy bacon and green onions too!

Put in 8X8 pan and bake at 350 for an hour.
