Perfect Creamy Califlour Soup

Ingredients
2 Tbls. butter1 Tbls. Olive oil1 Med Onion1-2 Cloves minced garlic2-3 stalks celery chopped2 med cauliflower1/2 tsp. sea salt1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)1/8 tsp. ground black pepper2 pinches of saffron1/2 tsp.dried thyme1 tsp.dried basil1 Tbls. vegetable boullion8 cups water
Directions
In heavy soup kettle, melt butter. Add oil. Add onion, garlic, celery and cauliflower. Add seasonings and water. Mix well and cook over medium heat for several minutes or until caulifower is tender. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Puree small increments in blender until smooth and creamy. Reheat and enjoy!
