Chicken Marsala

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces 6 small breasts*Flour, white, .50 cup seasoned with Salt and PepperRed Wine, 8 fl oz *Better Than Bullion (1 cup prepared), 1 cup or Chicken Broth *Baby Bella Mushrooms, 16 oz Corn Starch, 0.125 cup Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .25 cupSalt and pepper to taste
Makes 6 Servings.
Add Olive oil and Butter to pan and heat until it sizzles.
Coat Chicken breasts with seasoned flour and brown on both sides.
Pour in 1/2 cup of the Wine and the 1 cup of Better than Bullion (or Chicken Broth) and Mushrooms.
Cover and Simmer until Mushrooms are Tender and Chicken is Done. (20 Minutes or so).
Add the remaining wine and the Corn Starch mixed with 1/4 Cup Milk and cook until thickened.
This Dish is good over paste or rice or beeter yet over Spaghetti Squash.
