apple pancakes

Ingredients
2tbsp whole wheat flour2tbsp oat flakes1 sour apple grated1 eggwhite0,7cup milksweetenercinnamonlemon zest0,5tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- mix the ingredients in a bowl (except the eggwhite and oil)
- let to rest for 20 minutes
- whip the eggwhite, and pour into the mass
- heat the oil in a flat pan
- with a tbsp measure out 2x3 small pancakes into the oil, and grill/fry both sides
