Ginger-Teriyaki Beef Roast

Ingredients
2.5 lb. beef roast, lean5 tbsp. teriyaki sauce1 tsp. ginger (or less, to taste)1 tsp. sugar
Directions
Mix marinade together and place in a resealable plastic bag with roast and let rest in refrigerator for 2-5 hours. If marinade is insufficient to completely cover roast, add water until just enough to completely cover the roast in the bag. Place roast and marinade in crock pot and turn on low for 8+ hours. This is a forgiving recipe on time - I forgot about mine and it cooked for 14 hours without drying out or tasting bad.

Shred beef onto sandwiches, makes approximately 10 sandwiches.
