Lasagna Spinach Alfredo by Kris

Ingredients
3/4 pkg. (12 oz.) lasagna noodles3 boneless chicken breats, cut in 1" pieces1 8oz. jar Alfredo sauce1 16oz. pkg. chopped spinach4 cups mozzarella cheese1 cup grated parmesan 1 24oz. container cottage cheesesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Bring lasagna to a boil and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until firm but not hard, drain. (substitue for no-boil lasagna noodles if desired). Cook spinach according to package and drain well. Combine spinach, cottage cheese and 3/4 cup of the parmesan (salt & pepper, if desired) and set aside. Cut the raw chicken into 1" pieces. In a medium bowl combine chicken and the jar of Alfredo sauce (salt & pepper, if desired) and place in the bottom of a 11 x 15 baking dish. *Layer 1/2 the lasagna noodles (6) over the chicken mixture, edges overlapping. Spread 1/2 the spinach mixture evenly on top of the noodles then 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat from (*) and sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top. Bake covered about 45 minutes, uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
