Ingredients
4 cups Cauliflower1 bag frozen peas2 cans chick peas4 medium carrots cut up1 large sweet potato peeled and cut up1 tsp hot pepper flakes2.5 tsp curry powder3 cloves garlic1 tsp turmericsalt and pepper to taste1 medium onion cut up1 can of coconut milk1 cup vegetable bouillon
Directions
cut everything up. put in crock pot and cook on slow for 6 hours. serve on couscous.
