Protein Panacke

Ingredients
4 egg whites1/2 cup dry oats3 oz unsweetened applesauceCinnamon 1 tbsp. natural peanut butterSugar-free maple syrup
Directions
Spray small skillet w/ cooking spray.

In a blender add 1/2 cup dry oats, 3 oz unsweetened applesauce, 4 egg whites and cinnamon (doesn't have to be 1/2 tbsp.; can be however much you'd like). Blend until it's batter-like.

Heat skillet.

Pour batter into skillet. Heat should be on medium. Cook for 1.5 - 2 min on each side.

Top with 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter and 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup. You can also add fruit to the blender to blend into the batter. If you do that, don't add the applesauce. Strawberries, blueberries & bananas are good choices.

Makes 1 large pancake.
