Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 0.5 medium * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 medium whole * Pureed Tomatoes, 550 grams * Garlic, 3 clove * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 371 grams * Summer squash, 1 medium * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 0.5 cup * Broccoli, frozen, 166 grams * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields * Salt, 1 tbsp * Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
heat the oil, add chopped onions, stir fry it then add chopped garlic. Stir it for 1 min then add cut half tomato and cut squash. fry it for 2 min then add mixed vegetables, broccoli, garbanzo beans, lemon juice, salt , black pepper, and seasoning. fry is for 5 min then add 12 cup water and tomato puree. Bring it to boil. boils it for extra 5-6 min. Soup is ready.
May be its not the best soup but it has less calories and fat.
