Ingredients
Total Soy Chocolate Meal Replacement Powder-2 scoops2 large bananas1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)1 cup Silk, dha enhanced soy milk2 cups of filtered water
Directions
In a blender combine 1 cup of Silk, 2 cups of water, the 2 scoops of total soy, 1 cup of the berries (thawed), and the 2 large bananas. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
