Introduction

Vegan version of a thick chocolatey milkshake. Vegan version of a thick chocolatey milkshake.

Ingredients

    1 Large Banana, chopped and frozen
    3/4 cup Vanilla Soymilk (Light)
    3 tbsp. Special Dark Cocoa
    1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    60 grams strawberries

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth and serve immediately.

    I love shakes. If you're not vegan TRY Designer Whey Protein an use water instead of milk you'll save 147.4 calories AND you'll have 18 grams of protein with only 2g of fat. The Chocolate is really tasty. - 2/2/09
