24 frozen dinner rolls, thawed but cold4 cups sliced cabbage1 cup sliced onion1 tbsp oil8 oz ground beef1 tsp sugar1 tbsp vinegar1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper 1 cup shredded mozzarella2 tbsp butter, melted
Saute cabbage and onions in oil. Cover and let steam for 30 minutes. Brown ground beef and drain well. Add cabbage, onion, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.Flatten each dinner roll and roll out thin. Divide filling among rolls. Place 1/2 tbsp cheese on filling. Pull edges around filling and pinch to close. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet, pinched side down. Brush tops with butter. bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
