Apples Paradise

3 lbs. tart apples (about 6 large)1 cup flour1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup margarine (calculated w/ Shedd's Willow Run non-dairy margarine)1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients and cut in butter/margarine. Use hands if necessary to make a coarse crumble.
3. Peel, core, & slice apples into 7x7 baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Apple layer should be 3/4" thick when cooked.
4. If apples are dry & sweet, dot them with butter/margarine & sprinkle them with a few sprinkles of lemon juice.
5. Spread dry mixture over apples.
6. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until apples are done.
