Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless (6oz ea)1/2 cup Buttermilk, lowfat1/2 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1 Tbsp Honey1 Tbsp Rosemary1/4 tsp Thyme, DRIED1/4 tsp Sage, ground1/4 tsp Marjoram, dried1/4 tsp Pepper, black1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in a freezer bag. Smush it around to mix well and seal. Freeze until ready to use. Thaw completely, drain marinade and grill (8-10 mins) or bake (covered with foil) at 375 about 20 minutes or until juices run clear (internal temp around 175, then remove and let rest, temp will rise to 180 on it's own).
