3lb beef top sirloin1/2 cup White Zinfandel1 med maui onion, chopped3 pkgs individual servings of baby carrots1 med stak celery, roughly chopped2 T dried onion2 T cajun seasoning2 tsp Celery Salt2 T gound black pepper1 T Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1 T Beef Base, Better Than Bouillon
Chop onion and celery, dump into crockpot with carrots and remaining ingredients except beef.
Stir well to coat veggies and incorporate the bouillon with the wine.
Cut beef into large chunks (cooks faster, more flavor penetration) and toss in vegs and sauce to coat.
Cook in crockpot on High 6 hours until falling apart.
Drain liquid into saucepan, add 1 cup water and 1 T cornstarch, dissolved, cook and whisk into gravy, serve over meat and veggies.
