Baked acorn squash [light version]

Ingredients

*Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 1 squash (4 inch dia) *Dark Brown Sugar, 1.5 tsp **Butter Bud Sprinkles, 1/4 package1/4 cup hot waterSmart Balance Light, 1/2 TbspPumpkin Pie Spice or cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut acorn squash in half - scoop out seeds & strings
Place in baking dish, cut side down
Add water to 1/2" depth
Bake in oven for 40 min
Sauce:
Mix 1/4 package Butter Buds in 1/4 cup hot water, stir
Add 1/2 Tbsp Smart Balance Light and Brown Sugar
Add about 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or cinnamon adjust for your family's taste)
Stir until thoroughly mixed
After 40 min in oven, remove acorn squash, discard water, place back in pan cut side up and pour the sauce over it
Put under broiler [high] for another 5 min or until slightly brown & crispy
I lightly sprinkle a little more cinnamon over it before serving
