Low-cal frozen "ice cream" fruit treat

Ingredients
1 C frozen fruit (I prefer mixed berries)1 c dannon light and fit yogurt (I prefer vanilla)
Directions
place ingredients in food processer and mix until fairly smooth. If you want a low calorie smoothie add more yogurt. Yum!
