BBC Food Healthy Banana Bread recipe

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 450 grams (remove)Pecans, 50 grams (remove)Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Dates, 50 grams (remove)*Oatmeal, Arrowhead Mills Oat Flakes, 0.5 cup (remove)*Allinson wholemeal flour, 150 gram(s) (remove)Chocolate chips
Directions

10 minutes cooling time
1.preheat the oven to gas mark 5, 190c (375f).
2.mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. the consistency should be moist.
3.spoon into greased 450g (1 lb) loaf tin and bake in the oven for 50 to 60 mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
4.cool for 10 mins until cool.
