Great Value Neufchatel cheese, 8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) *Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (1/4 package), 4 serving *Great Value Cherry Pie Filling - No Sugar, 1.5 cup Splenda, 0.5 cup
This will make 5 individual 1 cup servings.
Beat the Heavy cream til soft peaks begin to form, then add cream cheese (must be room temperature), splenda, and instant pudding mix, continue mixing til very firm peaks form, divide out into 6 individual portions and refrigirate for 2 to 3 hours. When ready to eat add 2 tbls of cherry pie filling to top of cheese cake.
