Banana Walnut Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cups flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup walnuts1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup butter1 cup loosely packed brown sugar1 large egg1 cup mashed banana2 tbsp hot water1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Combine dry ingredients: flour, salt, walnuts and raisins in a big bowl. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together, add beaten egg and mix. Add banana and mix. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to wet mixture right away. Add wet to dry ingredients. Stir until mixed - lumps are okay. Cook at 375F in Muffin Tin. Makes 12 muffins.
