quinoa- 1/2 cup1 can of black beans1 small can of mushrooms1 pkt of kung pao spices1 tsf of soy sauce
Directions
In a saucepan,boil the quinoa in 1.5 cups of water,add the other ingredients and cook till it thickens and the liquid evaporates!Enjoy
