6 potatoes, 1 1/2 boxes of chicken broth, 1 cup of kale, 2 cans of cannellini beans, 1 lb of italian sausage or chorizo.
Peel and cut potatoes. Boil them in a pot for about ten minutes or until soft when poked with a fork. At the same time cook italian sausage. When finished cooking drain for fat. Drain potatoes then put all of the ingredients except for the kale in pot. Place kale in at the end after the soup begins to boil for about two minutes. Then serve.
