Chili Cornbread Bake

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef1 Tbs Minced Garlic1/4 C. Onion, Chopped1-2 Tbs Chili Powder1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper2 Cubes Chipotle Builion1 Can Kidney Beans1 Can Rotel, drained1 Can Dennison's Turkey Chili1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1 C. Sour Cream1 Egg1/3 C. Cheddar Cheese, gratedPepper/Salt to taste
Directions
Use Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker. Mix beef, onion and garlic in Baker. Microwave for 7-9 minutes stiring after 4 minutes. Combine spices, beans, and rotel with meat and continue to microwave for 5-6 minutes. Meanwhile, mix Jiffy with sour cream and egg (you may need to add a small amount of milk to mix?). Spoon mixture over chili and microwave for 7-9 minutes or until cornbread is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt. Serve with sour cream or cottage chees.
