2.5 lbs pork tenderloin2 cups chopped onion2 cups green bell pepper, chopped1/3 cup packed brown sugar2 TBS all-purpose flour1 tsp salt1.5 tsp dry ground mustard4 tsp chili powder.25 cup vinegar1 TBS worcestershire sauce1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
Directions
makes 16 sandwiches

In 5 quart slow cooker mix all ingredients
cover and cook 7 hours
break pork into pieces and serve on buns or without

    Good recipe. We left out the bell peppers just because I didn't want them in the sandwiches, but had fresh veggies on the side - 10/4/11
