Ingredients
Directions
For fruit mixture:1 3/4 cup splenda1/4 cup corn starch1/2 teaspoon cinnamon4 cups raspberriesFor topping:1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup old fashioned oats1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup ground flaxseed1/2 cup splenda1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick)
Preheat oven to 375
Combine fruit mixture ingredients in a medium bown and stir. Set aside.
In a slightly larger bowl, combine all topping ingredients but the butter and stir. Then chop the butter up into smaller chunks and blend it in to the mixture using a pastry cutter. The mixture should look like course crumbs.
Pour the raspberry mixture into a greased 9x13 pan, then pour the topping over top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
(When I have it on hand, I also use the splenda/brown sugar mix instead of regular brown sugar to help cut down more calories.)
