Pot Roast

Ingredients
1.3-1.5 lb beef roast4 cups beef stock0.5 bottle dry red wine1 large onion sliced0.5 bag baby carrots5 stalks celery3 cloves garlic1 potato, cubed
Directions
Layer vegetables on bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper. Add raw roast. Cover with beef stock and wine. Cook on low for 8 hours.
