Ingredients
* Chicken Stock, unsalted, 2.5 cup * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can * Bush's, Black Beans low sodium, 2 cans * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cans * Mild Green Chiles diced, 4 oz can * Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, 1 can * Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup * Green onion, chopped 1/2 cup * Cilantro leaves, shredded 1/2 cup * Celery, chopped 1/2 cup * Red Bell Pepper, 1 whole, chopped * Green Bell Pepper, 1 whole, chopped * Campbell's Tomato Soup, 1 can * Water, 1 soup can * Wahoo Chili seasoning, 2 oz * Lime Juice, 2 Tbsp * Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Add ingredients in order to a large crockpot. Cook until desired consistency. Makes 30 cups
