Slow Cooker Ham & Scalloped Potatoes (Revised)

Ingredients
1 lb. ham (I used a ham slice)8-10 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced1 Vidalia Onion, thinly sliced1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soupPaprika
Directions
1. Layer half of ham, potatoes and onions in slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle with half the salt, pepper and cheese
3. Repeat layers
4. Spoon undiluted soup over ingredients, sprinkle with paprika
5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4 hours
