ground beef, about. 2.5 oz.beans, about 1/3 cup to 1/2 cupcorn, about 1/4 cup to 1/3 cupred ripe tomatoes, diced, about 2/3 cup to 3/4 cupdiced onions, about 4 tbsp (red or white)chili powderdiced garlic, about 1 tbsp (I used dried)salt - optionalred pepper flakes or cayenne - optional, to add a little more heat, to tastesome cheese to garnish, if you'd like
sautee diced onion, crumble and brown beef, add tomato, beans (can substitute other beans), corn. Add chili powder, a little garlic if desired (I used dried garlic), cook for about 15 minutes. I used low sodium beans, the recipe program didn't find that so the sodium shown is for regular beans.
