Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
Black Pepper, dash, 1 serving Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp Sesame Oil, 2 tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces - cubed & cooked Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cup cookedSmart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp Egg, whole, raw, large, 2 serving onions, young green, spring, raw, 1 cup choppedPeas, Birdseye sweet garden, 2/3c, 89g, 2.50 serving Swanson Chicken Broth, 100% Fat Free, No Msg, 33% less sodium, 1 cup
Directions
1. Heat 2 Tbls peanut oil in wok or large skillet over medium, heat 1 minute.
2. Add green onions, rice, & peas
3. Stir-fry 5 minutes
4. Add chicken broth & soy sauce, stir to mix well
5. Scramble eggs in Smart Balance in seperate frying pan
6. Stir in cooked eggs, pepper, sesame oil, & cooked chicken

Makes (6) 1 & 1/2 cup or (8) 1 & 1/4 cup servings.
