Vegan Taco Meet

TVP, Not-Beef Bouillon, Cumin, Chili Powder, Dried Onion, Salt, Pepper, Water
Bring 1c water to boil with Not-Beef Bouillon cube in water. After it is boiling, mix cube in water evenly.
After mixed, stir in TVP and let set for 10 mins, stirring half-way through.
In a large skillet heat oil on medium heat. Once hot, pour in TVP and spread thin to coat pan evenly. Leave TVP set for 1-2 minutes to brown, then flip and let set another 1-2 minutes for other side. Pour in remaining spices and add 1/4 c water. Stir thoroughly and and let simmer until all fluids have evaporated, about 5-10 minutes.
Makes 6 -8 servings.
