Almond Flour Apple Crisp (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Slice apples, place into bowl.
3. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, & cinnamon to apples, and mix.
4. In small bowl, mix the almond flour, quick oats, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and allspice.
5. Add vanilla & canola oil to dry ingredients, mix until moistened and crumbly.
6. Divide apples into ramekins, add any juices from bowl.
7. Divide topping over apples.
8. Place ramekins on baking sheet, bake in oven for ~30 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and apples are tender (but not mushy!)
