Nancy's Modified Bake Tilapia

Ingredients
one pound Tilapia1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese1/2 cup of plain bread crumbslemon slices (optional)
Directions
Defrost the Tillapia

Rinse the Tillapia

(Optional -- spray one side of the fish with pam and/or lemon juice)

Mix the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together

Dip one side of the fish into the mixture (optional - both sides)

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
