Lasagna Roll Ups

Ingredients
Directions
6 lasagna noodles1/2 lb ground beef1/4 cup onion, chopped8 oz mozzarella cheese24 oz spaghetti sauce1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Drain off grease. Add salt, garlic powder, and spaghetti sauce. Cook until bubbly.
Lay all the lasagna pieces edge to edge on a large piece of aluminum foil and layer the cheese and sauce over all of the noodles, then roll each one individually. Place seam side down in baking pan. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 30 min, or until hot and bubbly.
To freeze, follow directions above but do not bake. You can individually freeze the roll ups on a cookie sheet, then place in a freezer bag. To serve: Thaw, top with sauce and cheese, and bake as directed.
