Chocolate Fudge Cake

1 2/3c. Splenda1/2c. Unsalted Butter2tbs. Water2 Bars Unsweetened Baking Chocolate (4oz)3 Large Eggs1 1/2tsp. Vanilla Extract1 1/3c. Whole Wheat Flour3/4tsp. Baking Soda1/4tsp. Salt3/4c. Unsweetened soy milk
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking pan.
Microwave splenda, butter and water for about 1 1/2 minutes until hot. Remove and add baking bars, stir unitl melted.
Mix in eggs, vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt and stir well. Then add milk or soy milk until consitancy is right.
Pour into pan and bake for about 20 minutes
