Cultured Buttermilk Powder, 2/3 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (or 2 cups lowfat buttermilk) Light Mayonnaise, 2.5 cup Montreal Steak Seasoning, 2 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp Fresh Minced Garlic, .5 tsp Fresh Minced Shallots (or onion), 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, .5 tbsp Celery seed, .25 tsp Seasoned Salt, 1.5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Lea & Perrins Original Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Anchovy Paste, .25 tsp (about 1 fillet) Fresh Chopped Chives, .5 cup Fresh Chopped Parsley, .5 cup
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process into a dressing. Makes 22 of 2 tbsp servings.
