Vegetables in Peanut Gravy

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Peanuts, dry-roasted, 0.25 cup (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)*Red Chillies (1 chillie), 1 serving (remove)*Oil (Wesson) Canola oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Fry peanuts and remove the outer layer. fry red chilyy and garlic in a dab of oil. Grind all of these.
Cut bellpeppers, broccoli and cabbage into little strips/cubes.
put a tsp of oil.Add the peanut masala and the cut vegetables. Add enough water to cook the veggies. Cook till the veggies are done.Eat with Rice or Roti.
