Ingredients
1 bag fiesta mix vegetablesHalf a bag of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest egg noodles1 jar marina sauce1 cup of water3/4 cup pizza cheese
Directions
Mix vegetables, noodles, sauce and 1 cup of water in large casserole. Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour or until noodles are desired consistency. Remove from oven and add cheese, let sit to thicken and to melt cheese before serving.

    Do you cook the noodles before hand or just bake raw and the cook while baking? The recipe is not clear. - 6/2/11

    Mix the uncooked noodles with the other ingredients and then back until the noodles are the desired consistency.
