Ingredients
Boneless chicken breasts - 6 oz.Buttermilk - 1/4 cupCorn Flakes - 1/4 cup
Directions
Dip chicken pieces into buttermilk and roll in crushed corn flakes. Cook at 400 for 30 minutes or until done. Makes one 6 oz. serving. Plain yogurt can be substituted for buttermilk.
