Slow cooker Chicken with Beans

  • Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breast 1 can black beans or kidney beans, drained1 can corn, drained1/2 jar salsa
Directions
Put chicken into the crock pot
Add drained beans and corn on top of the chicken
Add salsa

Cover and cook on low for 5 hours (?) or until chicken is done.
Pour off liquid and serve with rice.
Makes great left-overs

* I also use b/l s/l thighs.
