Delicious High Protein, High Calcium Smoothie!

Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana1/4 cup 1% milk1 cup grapes1 carton Yoplait Light Yogurt (6 oz.)3 egg whites, hard boiled
Directions
Freeze 1/2 of a banana and hard boil 3 large eggs.

In a blender, combine banana, eggs (WHITES ONLY!!!), milk, yogurt, and grapes.

Blend until smooth.

Drink and enjoy!
