Chris's Vegan Lentil Burgers

Ingredients
* Lentils, 1 cup (remove) * *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove) * Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1.5 cup, dry, yields (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, grated (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * *Garlic Salt, 3 tsp (remove) * *Smoked Paprika, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions

Cook lentils and rice in 4 cups water for 45 minutes, simmering over low heat in a covered pan. Allow to cool.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into patties and cook on griddle or pan (may spray with non-stick spray) over medium heat, until nicely browned (about 6 minutes per side).

12 half cup servings formed in to patties.
