* Ground beef, 16 oz * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 Small to Medium package * Onions, raw, 1 medium * Garlic, .5 cup * Salt, 1 tbsp * Seasoned Pepper 1 tsp * Water, tap, 64 fl oz
Directions
Ground up the Meat
Slice/ Dice the Onion & Garlic Cloves
Grab the Biggest Pot you've Got.
* We have 1 of those Restaurant Cooking Pots.
Fill with a Gallon of Water
Turn Burner on Medium High
Put Pot on Burner & Add the Frozen Veggies, Ground Beef
*Even the Beef Grease.
Add the Onion & Garlic, Salt/ Pepper
Let Simmer for about 1 12 While occasionally Stirring it

Grab a Bowl & Pour 1 Cup Serving in it & Enjoy
