Rumbamel's 12 Grain Pumpkin French Toast

Ingredients
-2 large eggs-1/4 t pumpkin pie spice-1/4 C canned solid packed pumpkin like Libby's-1/4 C skim milk (fat free)-2 packs no calorie sweetener (I used Walmart's yellow version of Splenda)-8 slices of Healthy Life 100% Natural Farmer's 12 Grain Bread
Directions
--Mix all ingredients except for the bread in a large wide bowl with a fork or whisk. Dip in the slices of bread, one at a time and let it coat. Transfer it to another plate or bowl for it to SOAK IN a bit before putting it in your skillet.

--Cook in a large skillet over med/low heat a couple minutes on each side or until golden brown. I have a wonderful skillet (Circulon) that requires no oil, so sticking is not a problem.

--Makes 4 servings of 2 slices each.
