chicken breast 5oz x 4egg whites 2bread crumbs 1 cupparmesan cheese 1.25 cuporegano 1 tsppepper 1/8 tspflour 2 tblsspag sauce 2cupred fat mozzeralla cheese .5 cup
Directions
beat eggs whites add garlic. mix bread crumbs, oregano, and pepper in dish. coat chicken in flour, dip into egg white mix, then coat with bread crumbs. bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. top chicken with 1/4 of the suace and mozzerella cheese. serve with pasta of your choice
