Vegetable and Cheese Penne

Ingredients
3 cups cooked Penne2 stalks Celery 1 cooking Onion1 can Mushrooms2 cups Pasta Sauce1 cup Tomato Juice1 tbsp. Olive Oil3 oz. Cheddar Cheese2 oz. Mozarella Cheese1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Boil Penne until almost done.
Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in the olive oil.
Grate cheeses.
Combine Penne, sauted vegetables, Cheddar and Mozarella cheeses in a casserole dish. Stir in Pasta sauce and tomato juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread Parmesan cheese on the top. Bake At 350 degrees F for 1/2 hour.
