Milk Free Fudge

Ingredients
3/4 c creamy peanut butter1 stick NUCOA margarine (must be nucoa for milk free)1/2 cup Karo syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract3 1/2 c powdered sugar (I just use 1 one lb package)1/2 cup baking cocoa powder
Directions
Mix the peanut butter, nucoa, karo, and vanilla together till totally blended.
Sift then mix in the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder--you miight need to use your hands to knead in the last of it
Pat into a lined pan (putting foil over a cookie sheet works well.) Chill well. Cut into 50 pieces.

    any larger size cookie sheet, as long as you cut it in 50 pieces the stats hold---
