Low Carb "Cheese Cake"

Ingredients
2 - 8 oz. pk. cream cheese1 - 8 oz. pk. sour creamvanilla extract to taste (1 tsp.)artificial sweetner to taste (6 tsp.)2 Tbs. butter (optional)Ingredients can be altered to suit your needs. For instance if you are more concerned with low fat than low carb, leave out the butter and switch to low fat or fat free cream cheese and sour cream.
Directions
Soften cream cheese. Take one tsp. of butter and grease an 8 in. pie plate or dish of your choice. Place softened cream cheese in a bowl add sour cream mix as other ingrediants mix well. Warm in microwave about 5 min. Place in pie plate. Smooth out. Makes 8 - 4 oz. servings.
