Mushroom Beef & Rice

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup milk1 small onion finely chopped1-2 cups white rice
Directions
1. cook lean ground beef and onion in skillet until fully cooked and crumbly.
2. add can of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk, stir and simmer on low.
3. prepare rice.
4. Serve mushroom & beef mixture ontop of rice.

*Add salt, pepper and soy sauce for added flavor.
